Description of the library
The North Run Baptist Library contains a variety of print and visual materials to aid in preaching, teaching and learning. The library also has sound and visual equipment available for use. Meeting space for activities such as leadership or discipleship training is available by reservation.

History of the library
The library was organized in March 1958 with a staff of two: a Library Director and an assistant. It began with an inventory of 259 books. Today the library is staffed by 10 dedicated church members, and as of 2001 the inventory has grown to more than 10,000 books. Additional shelving space for expansion of both the adult and children's sections recently has been added, and the preschool section has been reorganized for easier use.
